New Orchid Cactus- what do I do?

I was given 3 orchid cactus. I've never grown these before.

They are in pretty sad shape with large and small brown spots on the leaves and black flies in the soil. One was planted in gravel like an arid cactus. They were all very over-dry.

Two were labeled, hard to read but looks like Luiba Lovely Dawn and Sakurahime? Is that close to something you recognize?

From what I've read I should treat them very similar to my Christmas cactus in soil, watering, and temperatures. What about light exposure?

Is it safe use insecticidal soap on the soil? I put yellow sticky paper in the pots today.

I repotted the one that was in gravel into regular potting soil with moisture retentive crystals (our climate is very arid and I have found this helps me keep from both over/under watering with my Christmas cactus). I know they like to be potbound so used the same size pot.

Anything else you can tell me to help them recover and bloom?
