help my lemon tree, please!

Hi all--I've had a dwarf Meyer Lemon for almost two months now. Originally it was in a South/Southwest window, but I moved it to an East/Southeast window where I could also use a grow light. It got too dry when I first got it and dropped most of its leaves, but I repotted and it has been doing fine and recovering wonderfully till just recently, when it got spider mites!! I treated those with a systemic granule-type which took care of the mites. I feed it monthly with Espoma plant tone (5-3-3) and with Espoma dried blood (12-0-0) cause I know it needs more nitrogen than other plants. But now the leaves are falling again, some have brown edges and are curling, and the rest are going yellow from the middle out!!! What happened to my tree, how do I fix it, and what should I do in the future?
