Forcast of Frost...What To Do???

They are calling for temps in the Low 30's, possibly high 20's for the next two nights and ideal conditions for frost.
Many of my trees have already budded/leafed out, and there are a couple that I want to know what to do to reduce the risk of failure...
I have an eight foot or so Metasequoia glyp. 'Ogon' that I just planted last fall that broke bud yesterday... I have heard of many people losing them after frost...
Many of my Jap. maples are budded out, but I don't believe any have leafed out yet though.
Most of my Larches have broken bud, many of my Picea abies and pungens...but they are all extremely hardy to begin with... Same with a couple of Pinus that are near bud break.
Several Abies koreana have broken bud, but they should be ok I would assume???
My Cedrus libani 'Beacon Hill' has broken bud, but I have seen them rated as low as Z5... Same with the atlantica cvs. that I have...
Any thoughts...What should I protect and how should I protect it? Is throwing a bed sheet or plastic over the 'Ogon' enough?
Please advise!
