I was checking my tubers and separating out the ones that I'm giving to friends and many of them have eyes, some are sprouted close to 1 inch already! It's been so mild here. My problem is that I will be gone from 4/1 until 4/14, so I think waiting til after 4/14 will be way late. Think I could get by with planting them next week??
