Tubers Stored at Last

I was too busy this fall to dig up my Dahlia tubers (I'm in teachers' college--career change) I covered all of the beds with leaves in November the night of the first major snowfall. We had mild weather last week during the final days of my holiday break. The ground under the leaves was not frozen so I dug up the dahlia tubers. Of course the ones in my large pots were frozen solid but almost everything in the ground was fine. Only Lorona Dawn rotted. I secured only one large tuber from Smokey, the skinny necks broke on the others. The rest of the Dahlias had several firm tubers. I saran wrapped them all and stored them all in a box in my garage. Now I just have to wait until planting time. Thanks for the cutting directions Jroot and Poochella.
