Comments (1)If you can't wait til they are dormant, and they will be in plenty of shade, and you water til they get established, yes. Just get a nice hunk of soil and roots. Try to keep it all intact, dig down as much as your rootball seems to be, mulch with wood mulch, keep moist but not too mushy. If you fail try it in fall.
