ID on this Picea in my city centre

I can't get close and at first, in summer, I thought it might be Abies pinsapo. But looking at the cones it clearly isn't. Has to be Picea. Which one? It stands in clay most likely and where I live it is a bit hilly compared to my subsealevel province. So it is well drained all year round and moist.

It is not really big, may 12-15 m or so. Those cones look nice...may be I'll ask to pick them, hope the owner permits...
