Outdoor succulents wintertime 8b

reiver

I am in a "twilight" planting zone where we have long hot summers but a few days of freezing weather in the winter. So I have to bring plants in which crowds the house and windows. (But then again there is no such thing as too many plants.) I am wondering if anyone from this area knows of succulent plants I can leave outside especially caudex. I suppose cyphostemma and adeniums are out of the picture. I know it covers a lot of area but I have the "fever" and this newbie needs a few suggestions.

Thanks

Mike
