Weird problem with Moro blood orange

I have a dwarf Moro blood orange tree. It is a very healthy little tree. Last year it had 9 good sized oranges on it and they started lightening and I thought ripening, turning yellowish around Christmas. We had a severely cold winter this year in Texas and I brought it into my corrugated tin shed with several florescent lights it was bright enough to bring on the blooms but around March my oranges had not fully ripened so I moved my tree back out side. Well the oranges turned more green and now it is July in south texas and the oranges are still on the tree and are green and greenish yellow. I finally pulled one to see what was going on and it didn't "bleed" but was orange and sweet inside. So they are still hanging on well and still greenish. I guess I thoroughly confused it by putting it in the shed then pulling it out. I has now about 8 little oranges on it and still the old oranges, should I just pull them?
