Different type of Leaf on my Lemon Tree

I am growing a lemon tree (from store bought lemon seeds)on My windowsill. This is not the ideal growing situation, however, I do have southern exposure. The tree is 20 months old.

I have a question about one of my leaves. I noticed it around a week ago. It is near the top of the plant. The leaf is dark green. It reminds me of a well designed pretty looking plastic leaf. It is puffy with veins. The edges are curling downward. The stem is thick and visible. It also feels like it is full of life. It feels moist and slick. Almost all of my other leaves are flat and thin. The stems are also thin. The leaves look and feel much drier than that leaf.

If I can borrow a good digital camera, I will post some picks. In the meantime, I have questions: Would the tree be healthier if all of the leaves were like this one? Is this normal development for the age of the tree, and will new leaves all be like this one? Any other comments or suggestions?

Thanks
