Sandy - if your images are at photobucket or some place like that - here are the instructions from gardenweb on how to post images in your messages:

Display the image in the message itself using formatting codes (an html image "tag").

2. Type <img src=" file location and name"> in the body of the message.
   
   
   
   For example: If your graphic is at wherever/~smith/garden/habanero.jpg,
   
   
   you would insert <img src=" http://www.wherever.com/~smith/garden/habanero.jpg">;.

3. Add an extra return above or below the image to group it with the appropriate text.

Mind though - do not imbed images from another site if these aren't your pictures. (i.e. your photos that you put up on photobucket or wherever.)

I put these instructions on another post somewhere for you but can't remember where now.

You know I was using an example of each of there options but the last link option did'nt seem to refer at all to these kind of pages so I did't try the last link. An older post said the first option but didn't sound right once I read their purposes. So, thank you both for instructing me.

What a great offer! I am just down the road in London, but wouldn't be able to make it with my work schedule right now *sigh*. The yellow one that turns to tangerine is VERY nice! I don't have anything to trade you anyway as I just got my first brug this June and my first cuttings a month ago today.

John Root had given me all mine (except the closeup one which I had to lay on the ground to get but it was glorious)so I'm exemplifing his works by offering these to those who can come.

These are the first flush of 2. They grew another foot or so. The yellow is on the far left side of the 4th pictureand they do look sererated. The one bud didn't get a chance to bloom, so I never even got to see the color or shape of her. She also came from John.

There are 2 blooming brugs pictured here. The first 4 are of one which was from a cutting last fall and the second 4 pics are of the other which was acquired in late spring with a pencil fat root.

The 2 water bottles are in the 4th pic. Very handy over a died back lily bed.

Granddaughter Adrienne who loved having her picture taken with the brug tree. She also insisted on a picture of an big old elm tree that holds her swing up. It rooted right through my garden...this fall, I had to perform a hack job along the garden on it's roots, chisel and hammer. I started with a jigsaw but the only blade I had broke.

Hi Lois, sorry, I didn't even see your post. Last time I put up the pictures it was at 7posts so I just check a couple times a day to see if anybody wants some.

I've just potted some up and they would love you to come and give them a new home. Others, I've set up in paper towels and baggies so they'll last longer and not get any rot...at least I'm hoping not. They'll soon go in dirt put in baggies if I don't find homes soon and placed in a 'under the bed' rubbermaid tote. lol That yellow to orange one is a Charles Grimaldi and is fast growing one and blooms really well the first year! I wish I had had that one in the middle the back garden. But I did find 2" thick tree roots growing right toward my Frosty. I know that now for sure but Frosty rooted really well for it's first year. Enough for basement hibernation though Charles twice as much.

If you think you might be able to swing by this way in a couple of months or so send me an email now so I can send you my home email address as I've a different email address for different purposes and so don't always check in on them except for once a month just to keep them going and to dump the spam.

Did I see a new Windsor member join? Could be in BC though or around there as those are the only other areas in Canada that can boast a zone6 or hotter/higher.

OK. Last call...need to know if there's anybody else out there who's either going to stop by for a pick up soon or looking to swap come next spring. I can't pot them all up. Still have to take a walk around the neighborhood. Haven't even visited my gardening neighbours in over a month and I know of one family waiting for their own 'Charles G' to arrive.

Hi tech, I truley wish I could send these out to everybody who wants one...I have more than 30 cuttings and that's not what I have left on CG's & Frosty stalks down in the basement.

My garden buddies around here will be all over them, just don't know how many they have room for.

I'm trying to get them well rooted and leaves on first and some are starting to and ya all know what that means. I had to unpot one 7 I had potted up as I don't think all the nubbies it had could take care of the size of the stalk. I put as much under the dirt as possible so to allow as many roots as possible to grow but only after I know it's not dying back while rooting so I know what'll live after it's got roots and stopped any rubberizing/drying out of stalk tips. The only thing I did wrong was to assume nubbies would work for the size I was growing which were at least 1' tall. I needed at least 1" roots for that size.

Hey Jim S- those frilly raggedy flower heads are big dahlias. There are lots of us who fans of those to. They make great cut flowers to, if even just one to bring but they are from tubers and have to be dug out for overwintering to...but at least they aren't nearly the trouble to bring a brug in, even 20 of those is less trouble then even one brug I brought in but I wrestled to bring in a triple stalk CG of a height of 5 1/2 ' not including the huge pot I had to manage very thick stiff long roots in. A women in my condition would be considered 'attempting suicide' for doing such a thing. I had to use my screwed on head (with another bad disc not to mention the others in my back) to balance that thing while getting the roots in. Proud to say I did not cut a single root...lol
