Abies balsamea 'Nana'. So common it's at Lowe's near my house. It's a nice compact green mound.

'Piccolo'. Suffered occasionally from drought, I think balsamea may be used to more water then our PNW Summers offer.

'Eugene Gold'. Too much sun and it burns, too much shade as in this specimen and the gold is barely apparent.

Stephen, I've attached a link to a source. I am thinking you are probably right but without a confirmation somewhere along the line, I don't want to assume. It's still possible there are two similar plants/names but I'll be in your corner for now, suggesting that it is probably 'Jamie'.

A few more I can add as this post picks up steam:

Abies balsamea 'Jorma'. As shared originally by Matt and Dave in early threads, a newer plant coming from Edelweiss nursery.

Abies balsamea 'Weeping Larry'. I believe found by Larry Stanley, a rare weeping form with an upright main leader(ala Picea omorika 'Pendula Bruns'. My trained leader was damaged, now waiting for a new one to emerge. A nice deep green color, older plants are very narrow.

Abies balsamea 'Wolcott Pond'. A dwarf found by Greg Williams, eventually forms an upright dwarf, at a few inches a year.
