My brugmansia photo album

As promised here is a link to pictures taken this morning.

As you can see there is plenty of wind and caterpillar damage.

A little background on why some of the plants are so small.

I recently tore all of my Brugs out of the ground and chopped them way back. I threw away some multi-hybrids to make room for pure species, and I did some soil ammendment.

Then I placed some back in the ground and added my other plants.

The 621 and sanguinea were from cuttings taken in march.

The aurea cuttings were not taken until june. Rotkirch was received earlier but is notoriously hard to root, and was slashed by the gardeners weed-wacker a few times. Hence the extra fence.

As you can see, the ground is bone dry on the surface. Damn wind.

And you can't deny that sub looks tasty.
