You can trust bernier6, eddiedewayne, impower56, countrygdn, and seedsprout to name a few. Sorry you had a bad experience, who was the seller? I don't know if you are new to brugs but in addition to the sellers I mentioned countrygdn.com is having a fall sale right now, great deals. Nice sized brugs for $6-10 plus shipping.

Did you contact the seller and tell them that it's the wrong plant? If they're honest and it was a mistake they should replace it with the correct plant. If not they are an a** and you should post their Ebay user name here so people know not to buy from them.

Sue I hope you get results from the seller and the brug you bought. To all newbies I can only recommend of asking here first like Shawn mentioned a few. So will others. That is how I bought my brugs. From reading here who can be trusted and who not.

Shawn Seed Sprout is not online right now or? She closed the site a short while ago. Which was a sad day in my book.

I wish Eddie would sell his things on a website....Eddie are you listening? lol How is your website coming along? And ARE you selling Brugs on there then?

Dottnmd comes very highly recommended by me. I have gotten many of my brugs from her. She doesn't put a lot of plants on ebay but when she does they are top quality.

I also got some nice sized cuttings from dottnmd this year. After I screwed up my address on my paypal account the plants were returned to her. When I contacted her she not only resent them but put in a number of extras when I told her I was a brug newbie.
I would also recommend tctopcat1. They also resent the cuttings after my screw up and all were large sized healthy cuttings.
Both had very fast shipping and well packed boxes. Unfortunately my wife says I can't have any more! But I think I will have to sneak in a few more over the next month or so, I have my eye on a few of eddiedewayne's and seedsprout's plants

I am having a similar issue with an EBay vendor, As of right now, I would not recommend anyone doing business with "ourplants", he has failed to respond to my E-mails

Sue, I didn't know what Chrissy looked like, so I looked it up on registration list and it says it's pink ?? It shows a picture of a sort of white one, but the discription says pink... I don't know. Take a look.

FYI: Seed sprout has had some ebay listings recently. Also EddieD and Jeri's (Botanical Gardens) website is still in progress. Now that winter is coming, they should have more time to write descriptions, get prices set and in general, just get everything written and up. Stay tuned for more info......

Sue: EddieDewayne is also in North Carolina so your plants would get to you very quickly. All of the sellers that have been recommended to you are great sellers. I'm sure there are more out there as well. Just ask here first before you buy to get an honest opinon.

I got a chrissy from tctopcat, I thought it was supposed to be a cream white or yellowish. I know its a single. I got the cutting mixed up with wild thing and niether of them have bloomed LOL cuz I have neglected them both so badly:D I guess I will find out when they do.

Kylie, I think I am more inclined to trust ABADS than ebay. Chrissy is pale yellow (got mine from Dott).

poiuy704, Welcome. When you get enough brugs, your wife won't be able to tell when you sneak in a new one & when you trade for it, it doesn't count.(wink)

Linda, lol, I use that exact technique to sneak in new plants all the time. The key to making it work is to learn to say with absolute confidence: "Nooo, I've had that one forever." She can't keep track of every one!

Chena the two entries that you quoted from the ABADS list I think should be combined. BGI, Dave's Garden, and the Ebay link that Sue just posted all show different pics of exactly the same plant: a white with yellow single Cubensis, which is what it should be. I'll change that at our next update. I think perhaps BGI's listing of "pink" for the color is perhaps a typo, unless someone who has it says it may develop color in perhaps hot weather.

SJN, if you got it from TCTopcat, then they should know the exact color; they're the original seedling parent of this one.

First I wabt to say thank you for the glowing reviews from Jim and Linda.

It's been quite a long time since I have been on the GW. I kind of ditched out when they were switching everything over and I was having such a horrible time getting the sight to work properly. Also on top of starting a new job and everyday life I haven't had much time for socializing online.

Sue, Chrissy is for the most part white/cream expecially during the hotter months. As the flower ages she turns an pale orange color. The fall months Chrissy is a very nice yellowish color. Mine came from the originators (Mike and Mary) a couple of yrs ago.

It has been forever since I have posted photos on here so I will try to figure it out and be back with a couple.
