help with plant id and yard suggestions

Just moved family from urban townhome to rural ranch style with 2+ acres.(distressed property) We've been able to identify most of the plants found so far but we need help with a few:

This is plant #1. Found this while clearing a thick patch of ligustrum. It's the only one we've found on the entire lot.

We're guessing plant #2 is a wildflower. These little purple flowers are scattered about.

Plant #3 is this little yellow cutie on a vine. They're scattered all over also.

Now some suggestions please.

In the back yard there is a 15-20 ft thick row of ligustrum trees/shrubs and vines of various types.

After fighting through this area the yard opens up into another area filled with some kind of small bamboo we need help identifying

Several trees in the back have green patches of something...harmless? harmful? any ideas?

We're pretty sure these are mayapples and the plants are toxic. A neighbor says the deer love them. With our 2 kids (12 and 6) and a 3 month old puppy should we keep'em or snatch'em? The tops are missing from some in the second picture...deer??

Our neighbor is an elderly lady with health issues. She does very little, if any, yard work. This is her fence married to ligustrum, it borders us on 1 side. Any ideas?

And lastly, these vines are choking everything. They have long roots that travel underground from tree to tree and they can do some serious scarring to tree trunks and limbs. We've been cutting and pulling them for weeks. The thicker vines ooze a clear liquid. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Here's a big vine on our neighbors fence. We cut some of it and removed it from around a poor little tree. See the clear liquid oozing out (yuck!)
