Senecio Cylindricus - Withering Leaves

Hi, I've had this plant for a couple years now, and it seems to be getting less and less full-bodied and instead just taller. The leaves have also become less of a blue-green and more yellow, with reddish tips. It seems to do best in indirect light - extra wilting when in direct sun. When it was small I just watered it once a week, but got a water meter several months ago and have been watering as needed since then. (I hope).

Before repotting to this larger container in April, reddish tips were already present - the repotting didn't seem to make things suddenly worse. New leaves are coming in at the top of each stem, but I'm worried about all the bottom leaves (and now some higher up) that keep dying off. Any thoughts? Experimenting with light and water amounts hasn't given conclusive results for me. Thank you for any help.
