Full StoryI have a terrarium of VFTs growing in 50/50 peat/perlite. This is my third season with them, and I haven't had issues int he past, but some of the plants haven't seemed to kick in yet after dormancy. The terrarium sits in a bright window and gets 4-5 hours of direct sunlight. The top is not completely covered so heat can escape. I've cut off the flower stalks, but still some plants don't look completely healthy. Thoughts?
Picture 1: Weird growth at the center of the rossette of one plant. A few weeks ago, this plant grew perfect 1" traps (they're still live on the plant).

Picture 2: Why do some traps not fully form the full semicircle that becomes a trap? This one started to turn black, too, but notice the funny shape.

Picture 3: Look how these new sprouts are "hunched over" and what will be the trap bends back behind the leaf. Something wrong here.

Note: many of the plants in the same terrarium look very healthy.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.
