Which CPs to transfer inside/outside?

Based mainly on the philosophies of Sarracenia Northwest, I have gotten into the habit of growing certain plants (Flytraps, Sarracenias, Dewthreads) outside, and the others (Nepenthes, Tropical Sundews) inside. The plants I grow outside are also the ones I put in my garage for Winter dormancy.

However, while my Nepenthes usually thrive indoors in South-facing windows, some other CPs do not thrive indoors.

For example, Cape Sundews always die indoors over time at my house (and we're talking many Cape Sundews over several years).

A general question: Which CPs do people like to move outside during the Spring and Summer months and move back to the inside windowsill in the Winter??

And specifically, is outdoor growth a good idea for Cape Sundews - moving them indoors during the Winter?

I live in Zone 7 (Long Island) and do not use any grow lights or terrariums.

Thanks for any advice/thoughts.
