i'd follow any instructions you'd recieved in the packages that they came with. failing this, you could check out sarracenia.com or carnivorousplants.org for growing instructions.

the media they're growing on sounds good, but be careful of the actual sphagnum itself reviving and out-growing the seedlings.

the purple pitcher, sarracenia purpurea, seeds do require a cold stratification. if the instructions did not mention this, there is a chance it is another type of plant.

ensure to give them RO water only, nothing from the tap. rainwater is also preferable. if it is bottled or purified, at least make sure it has the lowest mineral/sodium count possible. if you can't locate any water at all, try to at least let the tapwater sit out in a clean container for 3 days beforehand.

give them lots of humidity and a lot of light. you might need to buy extra lights and give them at least 12 hours a day or more. the humidty, although nice can lead to damp off disease, so make sure you open the containers once a day to allow air circulation.

Just for the record Jack-in-the-Pulpit is not carnivorous although it looks carnivorous.

When starting seeds stick with distilled water.
Rain water will inherently have some algae, possibly fungual spores in it and it will also overgrow the seedlings.
If you don't have a large container of purp seeds. jest put the pot in a platic bag and stick it in the refrigerator for at least a month. Seal the bag, but check at least once a week to make sure no fungus is growin on the seeds.
i mist the seeds when i check them becasue they tend to initially repel water and this helps to keep them damp.

And HAve Patience, It takes up to 4-5 years given right conditions for them to Get To flowering maturity.

One Way to tell if its Carnivorous (with an exception of a couple plants) If the plant has mostly normal leaves, its preaty much not carnivoros. If the So callled Trap can make Seeds, its defnietaly not a CP because Traps arent made for reproducing, they have their own flowers.

as xpochian mention, Sarracenia seeds do need cold stratification. Meaning, they need a cold period of time in order for them to germinate. I read many people wrap their sarracenia seeds in moist, chopped sphagnum moss in a ziplock bag and place them in the fridge for 5-6 weeks and then after the 5-6 weeks, they take the seeds out of the fridge and plant them for germination. get some fungicide if you are planning to do so.

Flytrap do not need the cold stratification, some sundews do require this. you should check what type of sundew seed you have.

I read that you are growing your seeds in a small mini green house. That sounds fine, make sure to give your seeds some light, however make sure not the bake them inside with too much heat. if you have a mini green house, a 14 watt ceiling fan light bulb should do fine.(you can find these in many hardware stores)

Carnivorous plants can indeed be growned in full sun. Just make sure their compost they are growing does not dry out. Make sure their media is moist at all times. Make sure not to cover them with a plastic wrap or dome if they are planned to be growned outdoors either, they will bake till death!

I've growned flytrap seeds twice already, under lights and outside or in my windowsill. they took 3-4 weeks in order for them to germinate, after they germinated, i grew them in my room's sunny windowsill. they're still are. they are about to turn 1 year old this july. I also grew some of my flytrap seeds under lights as well. these are doing great as well. i got 100s of drosera capensis from seed from last growing season, these grow quite fast.

Seeds aren't as complicated as they appear to be, just give them time, patience is required(!) Good luck.
