Night blooming cereus with withering leaves

I have had my cereus for 5 or 6 years and I grew it from a cutting. I have never had blooms but that is not my concern right now. I have noticed over the past week or so that some of my leaves have begun to wither. They do not dry out and become crispy, just thin and limp. And not the entire leaf goes like this, only small portions. I'm hoping it is only the cold that may have gotten it as I have recently moved into a new place and it is slightly colder than my previous house. It was repotted a couple months ago and has been doing fine. Watering has not changed, I allow it to dry. Could it be the cold or does my plant have a fungus?
