Help! Monarchs eclosing during huge rain storm...

We are in the middle of a big Nor'easter right now with lots of rain and wind and cool temps. I had a monarch eclose yesterday morning and another one this morning. I obviously didn't want to release the one from yesterday in the rain and I thought the rain was going to end mid-day today and it was going to get nice out. Now it seems the storm is going to hang around til late tonight. What do I do? I am not worried about the one that eclosed today.. he'll be ok for 24 hours, but the female from yesterday is getting antsy and I'm not sure how long she can go without nectar.

If I put a bloom in there will she nectar? Will she be ok for another day?
