Unknown plant, Kalanchoe daigremontiana-like

Hi, about 9 months ago I was given month old potted plantlets of the plant in the picture below.

{{gwi:217520}}

Since then they've grown from about an inch high to over a foot which has been a lot faster growth than I'm used to in the succulents I've grown so far.

First then I'd like to know what it is (I think its some kind of Kalanchoe daigremontiana but it doesn't have the broad leaves I've seen in other pictures).

The other thing I'd like to know is if there's some recommended way to look after them? (I keep it (and all my other succulents) on a windowsill that gets full sun in the morning and I tend to water it about once a week this time of year)

I have noticed that the lower leaves tend to die off so I've been stripping them off. Will it keep growing up / is it likely to bend and flop?

I'm just quite bemused (and perhaps a little concerned) by it.

Many thanks for any help!
