Planting Brugs in Zone 7a

Hi all,

I was thinking of planting some of my brugs in ground on the east side of the house and not dig them in the winter. It is a sheltered area and tree leaves blow in from the south and stay in that area up 3 or 4 foot high if I don't rake them. There is a 6 foot privacy fence on the north side. I am wondering if anyone has grown brugs successfully in zone 7a? I am in Tulsa, OK. Thanks for any help!

Joyce
