OT Where am I

Hey all I just wanted to let everyone know Im not lost. I am Building My house. We have been woring on it for 2 weeks now and it is slowly coming together. We had a 6 model Trailer and We have lived all the life out of it. We have finally scrimped and saved enough to cut oit in have and build hafe of it plus and addition in a house, I am SO proud Of my hubby. I am getting a all new Kitchen Dining room and Pantry. New Gas stove and huge freezer for lots of Canning. This will be my first Gas stove ever!! Im SO excited. Oh Ya I said that.LOL I will post pictures once im All Finshed. Its like night and day...Brandy

Susan those are beautiful! How great to share that love with so many of my friends! good morning Pat lol Karyn I am not sure...let me count them. I had bought a few at the last Co-Op Ryan co hosted at Dave's. ha ha ha so is DH bringing them home with a tractor trailer? lol My heart almost broke when I saw that the sticks to hold the stems...were poked right into the bulb from you :-( But I am not sure if you saw it...it had a BABY bulb and it is growing !!! :-) Lucy

Jim, everybody, I am deeply grateful for all your concerns. I have made several extentions and unfortunatly, when they cut me off they will require the entire amount. My cable is all tied up with the phone, so I will have a hard time getting a phone line... (Voice over IP) I got a Netzero account just incase, so I might be able to login via another computer. It looks like I will be on till at least Tuesday, because of the holidays. My problems stem from the Winter slow down. As a Painter i have enough work for now, but those funds will go to back rent on my mobile home lot and back taxes so I can keep my trailer. Like a fool I am still going ahead with my big plans of a large tropical garden, even though I might not get a lease renewal in August. My head is set on this. Gotta be done. I need roof repair, and so much more but in essence the garden is priority next to getting caught up in rent( 10 months behind ) Call me crazy, tell me my priorities are out of order, but I will go without food first before my garden is caput! I have vested allot of energy into it all winter and it will be completed. It is my passion. I appreciate all the support from you folks, I tier up. I have faith it will resolve. I am working hard. I pray I will get enough before the rental renewal, so I will be allowed to stay. I have a light ..... A newfound friend how is investing in my Light Tape venture. (neohyperion.com) If this pans out my life will change for the better. Wish me luck.

Pam actually the one I have growing behind the house that gets not that much afternoon sun at all and lots of water..grew into a fairly nice sized plant! Elizabeth the WE turned out to be great already when I went and finally bought a new stove today. Been cooking with only the 2 small burners. Big ones were broken. I guess now I have less time to spend here because I got to start cooking again rofl. Haase that is how it all started for me too ha ha ha Kylie I love the crinium Lily. Everything is growing so nicely!! Even the Santa Rosa that I though hubby did not take care of well enough and it did not root...is really putting out new growth now with all the rain. WOW I love the rain. But not all the fire ant hills popping up everywhere!! Lucy

Talk to some good architects about ideas on how to transform this to more-residential use (common in cities BTW - all sorts of former factories are now trendy lofts), and if you're not completely smitten with it now, consider waiting to see if the asking price falls further (or better yet, just put in a lowball bid). If real-estate agents and HGTV are to be believed, lots of people can't look beyond clutter and oddly-colored paint, much less how to turn a big garage into a house, so you may be able to score a great deal on a good property and/or location. Without seeing the inside or floorplan, much less the infrastructure (will you need to dig up concrete to install plumbing, electric, and ductwork?), it's hard to know what this renovation would cost. I'm inclined to keep one of the garage doors and use it as a garage, and perhaps make a bay window or separate vertical windows, or just siding/brick/stone, on the other and put a room behind it. Real estate is still wildly overpriced by every traditional metric in many markets though - it seems a near-certainty another wave of coming foreclosures will drive prices down further until they're at near-2000 prices, so I'm reluctant to buy at all yet unless the price looks seriously appealing.

Congrats. I know you are excited. I was so happy to finally have a house of my own that I wouldn't have to move and leave my gardens. Its great to finally have what you want to live in isn't it.

I am really hoping we can have it done in the next 3 weeks.Im Juggling my Gh and this project. I am truley Excited. Yall are gonna be shocked at the transformation. I am. If the weather is nice my hubby will be taking next week off from work. He saved his vaction for it. I feel bad having him working during his only break for the year but It has to be done that way.
