It is a Crassula, could be mesembryanthemoides but it is too etiolated to be sure. Your plants are crying out for more light, growth should be much, much tighter and the plants should not be craning to get to the window.
Give them much more light, turning them regularly if you cannot provide even lighting. Take some cuttings of your Crassula in spring to start it off again as a compact plant.

As you can see below, most of my plants are in a room with a huge window area that also goes onto the ceiling a bit. This is the first winter that any plants have been in there. So far the temperature stays around 50-60, but we have had a mild winter over on the east cost.
The other picture is the window in my room. I keep new plants there for a week or so to get them adjusted before putting them in the main room. I was told that it's better to acclimate them before putting them into direct sunlight. That's why the Kalanchoe and Euphorbia are there right now.

I also have another plant in the small window, which I think is a cactus of some sort. It seems to be doing well, but now I want to double check. The other thing I found odd was that it seems to be putting out a lot more growth now than in the summer and it's been getting much less water, so now I'm thinking it could be a winter grower and I should possibly put it in the big window during the colder seasons.

I also re-posted the picture of the, so very sad, etiolated Crassula because I originally used a temporary link I guess.

Your Euphorbia (enopla or fimbriata perhaps) is also showing the effects of growth under insufficient light. Best to keep it cool (not cold) and dry in winter (water only very occasionally if it starts to shrivel). You can make cuttings of your Euphorbia also, in Spring, but be careful not to get the sap on your skin or mucous membranes because it is extremely irritating.

Thank you so much Cochemiea! I shall move both of them to the main room. Are there any succulents you could recommend that do well in just partial sun? I hate to have my window so bare.

Also, is propogation by cutting pretty much the same for most succulents in that you let them sit for a little while to "heal" and then dip them in a root hormone prefrebly with anti-fungus medicine? Thats what I read in one of my books.

Your first plant posted could be Crassula, as mentioned, or possibly Echeveria. I agree with cuttings in the Spring for it. I usually just break off some pieces, and let heal over for a few days. Rooting hormone might help if applied immediately after detaching, but is probably not neccessary.
