Giant Saguaro Problem

We recently moved from Austin to Philadelphia and I took my nearly 20 year old Giant Saguaro with us. I had to put it in a pot, since the winters in Philadelphia wouldnÂt be good for it.

The first week we were there, I forgot about the cactus outside and it was hit by a rain shower and the sprinklers.

ItÂs been looking pretty bad, I really want to try anything to save it, since IÂve had it since I was 8 years old.

Do you think that repotting it would help? What type of soil should I get? Also, should I use any additives to help it?

IÂve tried to move it to the sunniest part of the house, normally full sun around 9 hours a day ~ 75 degrees during the winter.

IÂve attached some pictures.

Thanks for the help,

-Peter

PS: WeÂre planning on moving back to Austin one day. Would finding a roughly 10 foot Saguaro be a challenge? IÂd love to replant mine if it makes it, but IÂd also like a little more of a mature cactus as well.
