Aww, I wish you guys had this gardening climate year round as well. I pretty much have all of my family's favs now (Laura, my son is like your kids in that he loves to garden-participate with me and he's my taste tester/reviewer for all fruits!). My husband wanted dragon fruit and avocado. My daughter wanted pomegranates (I wasn't sure that they'd grow here as they aren't tropical, but a lady down the street has a fruiting tree, so I got two). My son likes papayas, but because they're so cheap, I just buy those regularly (the *good tasting* kind!), and then both my husband and son wanted bananas; we have tons of those and the most productive of any of our in-grounds so far (especially since the mango and avocados aren't mature yet). The mangos are my thing and I think I'm going to get a second one to put in the ground out in the front yard. No Laura, I don't have a key lime yet. Do you prefer that taste over the Bears or Tahitian lime?

The correct income amount should be reported on the tax return. Whether the 1099 for this income is right or wrong, or even whether there is one at all (and sometimes there's not), doesn't matter. Unless there are other reasons to extend a return, waiting for 1099 is unnecessary. kudzu, math accuracy checking is done by computer. It's a step for incoming returns. If there are addition or subtraction errors for a manually prepared return, if the tax on the return is wrong for the taxable income reported, if the tax payments (estimates or withholding) are different from what your "tax account" shows, it'll get found and you'll be notified. As I said before, when an error is known, filing an amended return is fine because it affirmatively starts the adjustment process. Yes, IRS funding has never been adequate and I think it's another idiotic practice of Congress (politicians of both parties). Who suffers are us, the compliant taxpayers, because their enforcement efforts are hindered by lack of money. Too many knee-jerk fools in our society who like to talk and think about the IRS as if they were a scourge on our society. Most IRS people are everyday citizens like you and me, federal workers at that agency not unlike others, trying to do their jobs. Some have bad attitudes, yes - you can thank your fellow citizens for that, too many people treat them disrespectfully and make their jobs harder than they need to be. We want government services, we want to pay fairly for them, and it's the job of the IRS to enforce (and not make) the laws that account for much of the federal government's receipts. More funding results in a multiplier benefit of more collections and the converse is true too. Saving money costs more money. How we go about it couldn't be more stupid.

why don't you do the shiplap yourself? it's not difficult at all. plenty of how-to's online. as for what a price would be, there is no way we can answer this. prices vary from region to region. ditto for wallpaper. we don't know how it's attached. some come off very easily, others do not. And that is really a DIY that you should do since it's time consuming and you pay people for their time. spend a weekend peeling off the paper, or looking at how to cut the shiplap. (and you can use regular pine tongue and groove as opposed to shiplap. (make sure to prime it first w/oil base primer or shellac) call in someone else for the ceiling. I wouldn't bother w/the tray since it's so narrow. do the entire thing or just forget it. How were you going to raise that ceiling? wouldn't you be raising the entire ceiling on that floor?
