Anyone wanting pictures from Michael's or Tropiflora Im leaving in a few days for Florida..post them here. I already have the spiney picture request for general pictures...if you have a specific request I'll be glad to post upon my return...around April 16th

Another trip...lucky you. How about:

1. ananas variegated (spineless form--don't know the cv).
2. variegated Hannibal Lector hybrids (Skotak)

Well I was up early so went ahead and opened my SS gifts. WOW thank you Plumbnelly! I got the most beautiful hand painted gourd, a snowman spoon ornament, a Christmas Tree cone, a magazine, and a bag of peach marbles. Here is the photo of my stuff below. As you can see in the background, my newest cat just had to get in the picture. I'm single and live alone with my 3 cats so couldn't include a photo of myself. I tried and tried to wrap their little paws around the camera to take my picture, but they just couldn't do it. LOL Thanks so much for all my beautiful things. I had a great time opening them all. How do you post pictures here in simple terms?

The way I do it is to first upload my photos to Photobucket. A basic account is no charge. You can set the upload size to something reasonable like 640X480, or load the pics full-size and then re-size them individually to whatever size you want. Below each of your pictures will be 4 separate link options. Copy the link for the "HTML code" and paste that directly into the text of your GardenWeb message wherever you want the photo to appear, preview your message and the photo should be there.

Hi from another dlm! Well I just tried to use tinypic - not sure what the deal is there but if you don't join (which is simply creating an account) how do you access your pictures again? I've been using photobucket and find it works well. Picasa also works. Set up an account at your chosen site, upload your pictures (they will give you instructions there if you don't yet know how) and you'll find options to post in different formats. You want the one that says HTML code. Copy that code and past it in your post here. Below is a link to the test forum here so you can practice - or you can practice here, either way. I'd like to get a look at his clones of Neo. rubrifolia and dungsiana. Also punctatissima 'Yellow' (Wally Berg clone) and species #98-121 (supposedly like a green Fireball).

Any liliputiana hybrids, and if any of the crosses he made with Blushing Tiger are actually blushing, then I definitely want to see that!

Hi HDD,
I would like to see the big specimen of Aechmea chantinii 'Big Black'
comparing to the 'Dwarf form' and Dyckia 'Big Black' too,
also mature size of D. dawsonii (not the pink spine clone)
as I wonder about its variation.

Xeric broms and Cryptanthus collection of both nursery.
