Size doesn't matter !?

Yesterday, I visited to my friend, Gift's collection. I found one of his little cute

Deuterocohnia brevifolia var. chlorantha was blooming.

Yes, this is the world's smallest Brom.

Mine never bloomed yet, but other species have done.

Its bigger sister, Deuterocohnia lotteae a red flower Deut.

Anyway, one would be surprised to realized that

there is her close brother, which has the same red colored flower,

but very bigger in size of plant, also with a very long flower stalk!

What I'm talking about is this big guy, Deuterocohnia brevispicata.

So...Size doesn't matter, they could be close relative.
