No the seeds will be immature and non viable. Seeds of most everything has to mature the embryo in the seed and dry on the vine before harvesting. You can get enough seed from one or two plants. I'm interested in the Clerodendrum ugandense (it looks like this can be brought indoors when it gets too cold - does that sound correct?) & Browallia Americana - check my trade list and let me know if you find anything interesting - if there's something specific you're looking for - ask me - i have tons of other flowers in my yard that i haven't had an opportunity to collect the seeds yet or aren't seeding currently so I haven't listed them

I have come to find out I really do sincerely like collecting and saving seed. I have been packaging seed up for this round robin and for a huge sasbe I am about to offer. I sincerely did not realize how much seed I have actually been saving. I spent 2 hours packaging up seed. You would think that would put a major dent in what I have collected. It hasn't!! Still I went outside to get some fresh air cause I was doing all of this while standing at my kitchen counter. Of course I look in some of my beds and guess what. I find viola seed, lol. So I start collecting those. Well as I have about as many as I can find just in my hand held very loosely, something weird is on my opposite arm. I brush at it, it didn't go away, so I brushed at it again, it still didn't go away. Finally I looked to see what was on my arm, it was a red wasp!! Of course my natural reaction is to go flinging my arms, and with that said the seed went flying everywhere. (I am extremely lucky that today was a mild day cause I believe if it had been any hotter it would of stung me) You know after that seed went flying everywhere I still couldn't help but stand there or should I say squat there at the edge of my bed trying to find it. I really believe I need help cause here I have hours of more work to do packaging seed and I am still collecting more.

The only time I bought art for the locations was after I bought my first sofa and wanted something to go above it in place of a collection of B/W photos I had done in college. Other than that, we have acquired things we love over the years, so our homes have changed - the art remains. Since we buy what we love, it only makes sense to keep it and work it into our home. It is an eclectic collection now. I try to group in rooms by theme, color, intensity, or some unifying factor. You daughter's work is vivid and probably needs only simple framing. With an artist in the family, you may find that you have a more changing collection that most of us. You may want to standardize a classic look for most pieces you hang (like a B/W photo collection) so they can be moved around and grouped or split up easily -- black, dark wood and silver frames seem to go with nearly everything, black or off-white mats. If she is beginning to sell work, pick a look that will appeal to most buyers (seems the pieces I have acquired framed have generally been black or dark wood, simple frames). Over time, you may become so attached to a piece or do something you know will have a special place in your heart and your home. Frame and hang those pieces to bring out the details and colors in that piece and make them special.
