Deleting discusion comments from my page

All the comments for "John Doe" are shown on my page simply because I commented on John Doe's discussion. How can I delete all these comments from my page? They are not responding to my comment and I don't agree with most of them.

That's one of the hiccups of Houzz. Once you chime in on a discussion, you get every other commenter added to your page, but in fact, the comments only show up on your "private" feed. If you view your public profile, as I just did, you'll see that only YOUR comment is there.
You can click "opt out of notification on this discussion" so you don't get an e-mail every time someone adds their two cents, but the comments will still show up on your private feed.
Eventually, when you are involved in more discussions and people are adding your photos to their Ideabooks (which also only show up on YOUR feed, then all the John Doe comments will move down the line, and you won't see them all the time (they will always be there, they'll just move to page 2,3,4, etc.
Hope that helps!
As far as I know, there is no way to clean out your feed at this time!

I have these Stoplight, Miss Jessie, Curly Rosy Posy on order, Wispy Rays maybe on my new wish list. I am fairly new to growing daylilies only having a hand full till this summer when I decided to get more because they are so pretty and one's I have are very easy to care for. Only problem I've have is aphids in the spring, man this last spring was the pit's. Once my daylilies start blooming next year I could keep a journal if time allows me. I look up a lot of info on tinkers when I'm searching for daylilies but do ask questions hoping someone from my area can tell me how will the one I want does for them.

How to delete web pages searched from Google homepage

It's actually the web browser you are using that is keeping track and not Google itself. I keep some of the web pages I have searched and just highlite and delete those I don't want. Just hover over those and click delete. To delete all of the entries assuming you are using IE7 do the following.... Click the Tools menu Select Delete Browsing History Click the Delete forms button Click the Yes button in the confirmation window. Click the Close button You can also click on Preferences next to the Google search box and near the bottom where it says Query Suggestion put a check in the button that says... Do not provide query suggestions in the search box. That will stop the auto suggestion when a similar letter is entered. Bob

HAH!! My fear has been confirmed!!!! I made a comment on this thread, about me having all of my comments showing on my profile page. Right from day one, I have *never* about receiving emails and nothing checked on anything else. I deleted *this* comment from my profile page, and it disappeared from this thread! So if I go and delete all of my comments, they disappear from the postings! That is just plain dumb! My profile page is going to fill up with comments that I made and to delete them, deletes them from the page I commented on.
