How can I cross'em if they bloom at different times???

I can't believe it's taken me this long to figure out that my Hippeastrum will not all bloom at roughly the same time.

I'm assuming the hybrids will bloom in the early spring. I don't have a clue about the blooming-time of the cybisters and species. When will they bloom?

Here is my current list. Hopefully, I will be adding a Mandonii, Puniceum, and several Jonhnsonii soon.

6-Papilio----2-Rosario---4-Chico

4-Vitattum----2-Striadum---1-Stylosum--1-Germa

3-Picotee--4-Lady Jane--1-Hercules--4-Little Red Doubles

1-Amoretta--4-Dazzler--1-Orange--3-Apple Blossom--2-Red Lion

If I am to save pollen for those that bloom in the fall, how exactly do I keep my pollen viable and vigorous?

Boy, I sure could use some suggestions on which ones to cross!!(Hans, ARIF, Ms. Lora)
