Just thought I'd post a few photos of what things are like here. Lots and lots of green still since the sun hasn't really made an appearance in some time, but there are still some colors. :O)

Let's start with the Digitalis...

Clematis Claire De Lune's flower...

Clematis Josephine...

Clematis Blue Boy?

{{gwi:419606}}

Wendy's Lupines still going strong. Also, if you look to the left of it and other spots, you'll see annual poppy plants that are unbelievably lush and big. This was a mistake. A trade of Digitalis seeds was actually poppies and I decided to transplant 'al la HOS'. What a welcome addition. Can't wait for them to bloom.

More of those lush poppy plants...

Part of the shade garden...

More of the shade garden with winter sown hostas. Photo is not becoming since the leaves are large and thick - parent Francis Willams.

White Lavender, winter sown, about to bloom.To the right are Donn's Rudbeckias (don't remember the original name so that's what I call them :O)

Finishing off with another Digitalis with winter sown ground hugging perennial geraniums at it's feet. Behind it are stand of Phlox Paniculatas which will bloom later in the season.
