Ok I finally got this figured out

Front bed you can hardly make out the roses and the cone flowers behind all of the zinnias

Yay! You did it! Nice photos, I love the one of the clematis, with all three flowers lined up one after the other.

Aren't Johnny Jump-ups just the cheeriest little flowers?

Hi, I had no luck finding anything similar on the internet, but it does seem to have distinctive coloring. May I offer you a link to the Lilly Forum? p.s. Alexa, the maple giving Alex Summers a hard time, is that a red maple or a Japanese maple? I am taking delivery this Saturday of two Japanese maples which are the full moon maples, one the chartreuse green and the other the gold autumn colors. That will bring my count of Japanese maples to 5, not too many unless I have trouble with the roots. Our problem here is not rocks and such, it is rampant tree and shrub roots. Like oak, pecan, sweet gum, camphor trees, and very large ligustrum, crape myrtle, dogwoods, camellias, and so on. The only maples anywhere around will be my fairly young Japanese trees.

Beth, thank you for posting your amazing roses! A pleasure to look at and very informative for me. When buying, I hoped for Surreal be just as bright as yours and grow next to my Easy Does It I absolutely love, but the plant labeled as Surreal is not even close in color intensity or even shade! I had just two flowers on it and now impatiently waiting for next bud to develop. My Tournament of Roses is definitely something different, flowers look similar to Cherry Parfait pictured on JP website, so it is definitely a mistake on JP part. My Spice It Up looks similar to yours, actually. I am not impressed by bloom color, size, and shape, but like plant vigor and the long-lasting blooms. Spice It Up also seem to be continuously blooming, new buds form fast. Thank you again for taking your time answering my question.

Yes lindalana it is a lisianthus whihc I also found out in researching the plant is that is is also called texas bluebells which surorised me since it is not blue nor is shaped like the bluebells that I am used to seeing.:-)

This is my first year growing Zinnia's from seed I just brought some of the flowers indoors in a a little flower bouquet. But I too am so shocked but how tall those things are already.

And the pansy are incredible. They were the first thing from seed to bloom but yet they were the second to last to be started. Crazy little buggers, and I think I still have half a pack of seeds left.
