June 22nd Pictures

Just took all these pictures this morning around 8:30. Sorry some are blurry because I zoomed too much. Everything looks so happy, but unbelievable after how hard the rain came down last night. I was just amazed we got rain at all...period! I'll take what rain we can squeeze out though....it'll be drier than a popcorn fart before I can blink :O

So here is one example of self-sowing poppies. On one plant there is peach and salmon and red colored blooms LOL! Didn't take a pic of the red, but here are the other two. Original Shirley last year were red and pink...

Here is my white flowering Salvia officinalis. Seed were harvested from my neighbors common Salvia and I wintersowed them in 2005. Only just this one came out white :)

The new extension made on this bed this spring to accommodate some ws annuals: Calendula, Shizanthus, dwarf Marigold, Strawflower. Cypress Vine and Morning Glory 'Star of Yelta' are planted at the base of the lattice and I planted my only 2 Lupine at the base of the stump...
