I checked it out too, Donn. I wanted hosta 'Sagae', but Bluestone does not have it on sale this year. So I went to a few hosta websites and found it at Nylor Creek.

Now what am I going to do with all those WSown seedlings that are sitting there in my backyard??? lol

Those of you who are into Hostas, Nylor does not charge for shipping & handling! A first if I ever found one. It has a good rating on the Garden Watchdog too. And people on the Hosta forum swear by it.

I guess I didn't spend enough at Bluestem, because just for giggles, I checked Santa Rosa Gardens. Lo & Behold! They've got a few things on sale as well. I took it easy there, though. I only bought items which were at fairly low inventory levels. If they have another summer clearance like last year's, the prices will be even lower on the high quantity stuff.

I've never heard a bad word about Bluestone. I decided to hold off for now, as I am transitioning gardens, but will surely order some things from them next year!

oh boy - lets just say I SAVED $126 by ordering on the 1/2 price sale. We are doing some major garden reclaiming and I am on a heuchera, hosta and perennial geranium hunt. This is my 3rd year ordering from them and have been very pleased with every order ......
