Jill, No idea about foliage similarities. I would describe the foliage as somewhat modern looking, but more matte than the average HT. Leaflet shape is very modern, IMO, showing little of the Alba influence. Canes tend to be very tall, arching and lax, only modestly thorny. Blooms are very "Malmaison blush" in hue, with just a hint of peachy warmth at the heart when fresh. Bloom form, as shown in your photos and mine, is somewhat cupped, but in that "bowl full of corn flakes" kind of configuration.
