Need advice on Lacebug control, PLEASE

I have 12 Watchet azaleas that are infested with lacebug. It is mainly concentrated on the western side of each plant near the bottom of the plant. It is not what I consider devastating at this point. I hope I caught it in time.

My question is this: What method is most effective at this time of year for my zone? I live in Memphis and it is hot and humid. Mid to upper 90's most days.

Could I use a topical solution sprayed underneath the leaves AND a pesticide such as the Bayer Tree and Shrub pest control at the same time. Would this be too stressful on the plants?

What is the best topical solution?

Please let me know what your experience has been and what is most effective. I appreciate all of your suggestions.

Please help me; these are beautiful azaleas that line my entire front porch on the north side of my house.

I want these sap suckers gone!
