Can I sow these annuals now?

I've been looking over the hardy annuals list in the WS FAQ section, and am thinking I can winter sow these seeds now (first week of March in Zone 6b PA), but just thought I should double check before I go ahead.

Should I wait a little longer, like maybe late March? "They" are predicting night-time low temps below freezing (in the 20s) here until around the last two weeks of March. Our last frost date is usually somewhere between April 15 and April 23 here...

Clarkia (Clarkia elegans)

Snapdragons (Antirrhinum majus)

California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica)

Annual Sunflower (Helianthus annuus)

Browallia speciosa: The Hardy Annuals FAQ page lists Browallia demissa but not the speciosa...

Annual Sweet pea (Lathyrus odoratus): Pretty sure it's OK to sow the sweet peas now...asked about these on an earlier post.

Thanks in advance!
