A Bit OT: Do You Cut and or Dry Your Flowers For Bouquets?

I do from time to time but for the most part, I want to leave them on the plant! LOL! If I do, it's usually a small vase in the bath.

I think as certain plants mature and a few less blooms wouldn't make any visible difference that may change.

What about drying flowers? In the past I've dried many Hydrangeas and also Eryngium 'Miss Willmott's Ghost' in bud stage--they turn a lovely, pale sage green.
