How do you do it when you live in a place that can go from zero to sixty (degrees) in a matter of days if not hours? It's supposed to get up to sixty this week. We've had warm-ups in the fifties off an on since Christmas. I read about WS late last year really wanted to try it this winter, but it seems like the weather just won't cooperate. And it's like this every year here. Is it just not going to work for me? Can I winter sow anyway, warm-ups and all?

Thanks and sorry if I missed something in the FAQ about this...
