Three Mystery Tropical Trees - Need ID Help

Hello,

Came across three unlabeled tropical or subtropical trees at Mounts Botanical Garden in southern Florida.

Mystery 1 {{gwi:377526}}: This is a large shrub or small tree somewhat reminiscent of a Tabernaemontana but it has distinctive elongated and curled petals. A friend thought it was Stephanotis but that's a vine and this is a large shrub or small tree.

Mystery 2 {{gwi:377528}}: This was a small tree but it looked young so I'm not sure of its ultimate height. Fairly sure it's a Bignoniaceae but it's not Pandorea (those are vines, not upright trees) and it's not a Catalpa (those have simple leaves and this had pinnate leaves).

Mystery 3 {{gwi:377530}}: This was a medium-sized tree that looked like it eventually might get fairly large. It's a crape-myrtle (Lagerstroemia species) but it's definitely not the commonly planted Lagerstroemia indica.

Any help identifying any of these three mystery plants would be much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Rufino
