Need advice from experienced zone 5 ppl :0)

I have w/s a few years now, with mixed results.

I have a fulltime job and don't want to make a huge production of it this year, yet I want to grow these flowers for my cutting bouquets (as additions to my daffodils, peonies, hydrangeas, roses, siberian iris, lilies etc.) and have them bloom early as possible!! Seems by the time I direct seed some of them, it's August before I see any blooms, and fall is in the air soon thereafter!! :0(

Here is my list of seeds:

Perennial:

Aquilegia (various)

Campanula persicifolia (peachleaf bellflower)

Centaurea montana

Gypsophila paniculata (white)

Helenium Moorheim Beauty

Pyrithrum Robinson's Painted Mix

Salvia Blue Bedder (may be annual here)

Annuals:

Aster Chinensis (various)

Calendula (various)

Centaurea cyanus (various bachelor buttons)

Chrysanthemum Coconut Ice

Cosmos (various)

Dahlia Rainbow mix

Dianthus Chabaud mix

Gaillardia (various)

Gypsophila elegans (pink)

Penstemon scarlet

Rudbeckia (various)

Scabiosa

Zinnias (LOTS of various kinds)

*also hollyhocks, foxglove and poppies, not for cutting

What is the easiest & best way to grow these? (I have ziplock bags and seedstarter mix on hand)

Thanks all,

Phyl
