Wintersowing Alpine Strawberries

Last year I tried to start a packet of Yellow Wonder alpine strawberries from seed, but didn't have much luck. I got a few sprouts, but I wasn't careful enough with my watering and they got dried out and died on me. I would like to try again, and would like to try WSing this time. Has anyone ever done it before or have any tips for such tiny seeds? I did WS tomatoes last year was was very happy with my results, so I'm looking forward to trying some more seeds this year. Thanks!
