preventing anthracnose on sycamore seedlings

To avoid confusion, I am referring to American Sycamore, Platanus occidentalis.

I have seen that you can do fungicide injections every three years or so on mature trees - but what about seedlings?

I was thinking of starting a few from seed next spring. Is there a way to prevent anthracnose in a just-sprouted Sycamore seedling? Or does it not usually hit seedlings?

I realize the issues with this vs. London Plane, but I like the American Sycamore better and if I can get a few good seedlings I am not opposed to treating them to keep them healthy once they need it.
