I deliberatly stirp mine bare, those that need to fill in nicely that is and I am amazed at the come back of fresh growth and in a much fuller fashion. I am sorry about the frost Josh. Yikes! Patty!! I was bad and luckily no Flu yet! You are such a caring nurse and helped me to get back on my feet. Now, I just have to avoid the flu which seesm to be working thus far. Hi, I think "eye candy" also refers to pretty women. Or, anything pretty, such as flowers. Su, where did you get the little red shot cups? I found some with a child's game. They work very well and are sturdy. I would like to get more. I was able to just get a few. I love the pics of the little baby plants and mouse ears. Truth to tell, they are my favorites! Somewhere, you asked if it is a good idea to wick a small solo cup size pot. Yes, it it possible and a good idea! We just returned home from fours days away. I put all the small ones in the size and shape of your photos with wicks in covered clear plastic containers. I watered everything well then left a bit of moisture on the bottom of the trays with the wicks. The plants that were wicked stayed moist longer. I could tell by the relative dryness of the potting mix when compared with other babies that did not have wicks but were simply placed in covered plastic containers. They were more dried out. This was a trial run, as we will be taking an eight day trip shortly. It was such a relief to not have to worry about the violets while away. Joanane

I have limelight hydrangeas and vanilla strawberry hydrangeas which I looove! They go from white to pink to a beautiful rust color in fall. All my chickens I selected because of their egg color! I get dark brown ( almost black) , blue, khaki green and light brown eggs! It makes a very pretty basket! where I live we got soooo much rain! Lush grass?... Yes! that needed to be cut every few days! Hubble not so happy;) and lots and lots of weeds!!

Pagen, I took that picture in the shade so i don't think it is the sun shining on the yellow. I will take a closer look. Sometimes I don't notice things until i take a picture.. if that makes sense. I'm really happy with the yellow. My new favorite.
