Market stall rose

Can anybody identify this rose?

I bought it from a plant stall in the local market.

It did have a label on it which gave it's name as Perfumed Border. However a google search has not produced anything with that name.

It is a very good rose,. I cannot believe that it is unknown.

It is a climbing rose with very full petalled blooms, about 4" across. They are very heavily scented.

It is putting out strong, fast growing basal shoots. They are very heavily armoured with both thorns and prickles. As they grow, they lose the prickles and the thorns become widely spaced.

The foliage looks modern, in fact the leaves look very similar to William Shakespeare 2000, which is planted nearby.

It appears to be perpetual or continuous flowering.

Has anybody any ideas?

Thanks Daisy.
