Yellow leaves on Autumn Sunset

I grow roses in containers: 2ft x 2ft x 18 inches. Autumn Sunset is in its second year, and is the only rose that has pale green leaves with a yellowish tinge. You can see 2 photos here-

One photo shows the leaves general yellowish green color, and the other shows a place where there are darker green and yellowish leaves. It gets full sun for at least 6 hrs. a day.

Because the rose is in a container I fertilize @ every 2 weeks with 1/2 strength fertilizer. So far I've used 6-4-1, 20-20-20 and 16-4-2. The 4 other large bushes, and the minis, look "normal", with dark green leaves.

How can I tell what is causing the light green color? I might think it were normal if it weren't for the fact that the leaves started out a darker green and have gotten yellower. Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything I can do to make sure new leaves, as they grow, are darker green?

Thanks for your help!
