I purchased this rose a year ago and kept the blooms off all summer and finally let it bloom in fall. This Spring the rose looks almost as it did going into winter last year. I see NO new growth and yet the rose is still green thru the stems. I watered all last summer into fall, never let it go dry. I fertilized when I was supposed to and sprayed when needed. Have any ideas on how to handle this? Pembroke
