Newly planted Knockout wilting?

I just planted a new double pink knockout rose bush in my front bed. It gets full sun for 6 hours a day at least and when planting it I watered it in well. Well that was yesterday and today the flowers are all wilted over. The leaves look fine its just the flowers. Is it just in shock from being newly planted? I did not add any soil amendments when planting cause I was told it did not need them. I did however add some liquid fish emulsion to it late yesterday.

You may need to water daily for the first 3-5 days. To reduce stress on the plant, you could remove all the flowers, and/or shade the plant temporarily by putting a trash barrel or something between it and the sun. Once it settles in a bit it will be fine.

When you removed the bush from the pot did all or some of the soil fall away? If so, tiny feeder roots fell away with the soil. These feeder roots are the only way the bush can take up moisture. Until they grow back, your bush will suffer stress.
Flowers take a lot of water. I'd remove the wilted buds to lessen the stress on the bush.
There is a way to plant a potted rose bush that won't cause stress. E-mail me for instructions.
Meanwhile do as hoovb said. Water deeply so it gets to the roots. A five minute sprinkling is not watering. Set your hose on trickle and let it run at the base of the bush for half an hour at least.

Take them out of the sun. Is is stressful to plant a seedling into new soil(or mix). Fertilizing adds to the stress and the sun completes the wilting. It will take a few days before the roots will be established enough to uptake moisture and nutrients. During this time they would be better off without the sun or fertilizer. Al

My advice is that the soil should stay always moist - never "wet" or dry. If you add a half-inch to an inch of mulch (bark, straw, to some extent lawn clippings as long as they haven't been exposed to heavy amounts of herbicide) and make sure to leave the mulch about an inch away from the rose canes where they arise from the ground, that mulch will make it HUGELY easier for you to keep the soil moist. You should still check the soil surface under the mulch every day or two for the next few weeks (to a month or so) but as long as it feels moist on the surface the rose probably has enough water to keep going until it starts making new roots in its new home. If the soil seems dry gently add a half-gallon or so to the soil around the rose (maybe even a gallon). That's how I usually work. It's sloppy and inexact, but it works.

LOL!! In warmer parts of the country, it is suggested to not plant anything in July!! However, that does not necessarily apply everywhere and we have no idea where Ashley is located, what kind of hydrangeas she has (no registered cultivar called Flower Bomb) and the siting of the plants in question or the existing soil conditions. If just planted three weeks ago, I would assume 99% of the problem is transplant shock. Water slowly and deeply and keep the plant shaded. It should recover.

Looks like transplant shock to me. Was the tree exposed when you transported it home? That can cause a lot of stress and foliar damage. Regardless, it will eventually perk back up once it's had time to settle in and get sufficient water. I would not be too precise about the watering......as often as needed (you will have to test the soil physically)...but applied slowly and deeply. Do not let the soil surrounding the tree dry out but neither keep it overly saturated. Measuring in gallons is not going to cut it :-) And skip the B1 - that's pretty much considered snake oil and is not necessary to assist in establishment.
